Are your products natural and organic?


Yes, all of our products contain natural and organic ingredients.




Can I use these body butters in my hair?


Yes! All our body butters are safe for hair use. Our butters provide excellent hydration, shine and curl definition.




Once I purchase my Buttered by K-Luxe products when can I expect them to arrive?


All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. You will recieve an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.




My product arrived and there are some texture differences from my previous purchases, is this normal?


Yes, since our products contain natural ingredients and are handmade in small batches, slight variations in product texture may occur and are completly normal. These variations will have no effect on product performance.




If I have questions or concerns regarding my Buttered by K-Luxe product, who may I contact to have my concerns and questions addressed?

If I'm not 100% delighted with my products can I return them?


Buttered by K-Luxe does not accept returns or exchanges. We have a Fully Delighted policy, full details can be found under our store policy page on our website. If there's additional questions or concerns reach out to us at support@butteredbykluxe.com.




What does Buttered by K-Luxe do with my private information?


Please take a look at our privacy policy located under the Learn More tab on our website.




Can Buttered by K-Luxe add a product to an existing order I have?


No, since Buttered by K-Luxe does not store credit card information we can not add anything to an existing order. A complete new order has to be placed.




Does Buttered by K-Luxe ship outside the United States?


No, Buttered by K-Luxe only ships to the contingent U.S. states.




My product arrived damaged, can I receive a new product?


These inquires must be made within 14 days of you receiving the product. If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at support@butteredbykluxe.com for further instructions.




What if I have not received my package?


Start by checking the tracking number in your email, if one was provided. There will be no refund or additional product sent out. Buttered by K-Luxe is not responsible once packages leave our facility. The customer will need to file a claim with the USPS.
