Standard SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship in 5 business days from the date of your purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Due to COVID-19 there could be shipping delays that are out of our control. Standard shipping rates apply.

 

Standard Shipping policy does not apply to sales and holidays, please allow for additional time for orders to ship due to increase of volume from holidays and sales.

Scent of the month 

Fully Delighted Policy 

All scent of the month orders are purchased the month before from the 1st until the 29th of every month and will ship out the first week of the scents month (i.e. February's scent of the month can be purchased from Jan 1-29, and will ship the week of Feb 1-6). 

Buttered by K-Luxe cannot accept exchanges and refunds at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do want you to be fully delighted with your purchase. Reach out to our customer experience team support@butteredbykluxe.com  Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm CST to receive the care your concern deserves. If you contact us outside of business hours, you will receive a response on the next business day.
